Symbolism Through Visual Arts
In our class we have been learning about symbolism and how we can express ourselves using symbols and visual arts.
We used Padlet as a tool to share our ideas with each other.
The first padlet shows our prior knowledge (what we already knew about symbolism) and the second padlet shows what we have been learning about symbolism.

Sharing Our Mihi Through Screencastify
We have been working on sharing our Mihi by using screencastify. Most of us found this process extremely hard but we didn't give up and tried our best. Confidence is one of our core school values and we all surely have shown heaps of confidence while learning to use screencastify (a new app for all of us) and to be able to say our Mihi.
Here are a few videos of students from Room 5 sharing their Mihi verbally using the app -screencastify.
